I have been reading quite a few amazing books from Darul Hijrah recently (we are blessed to have such an Islamic bookstore in New Zealand Masha’allah). This book surpassed my expectations (to be honest I was worried that I had spent $50+ dollars on a book that might promise much and deliver little), Alhamdulilah. Allah’s names are discussed and explained in such relevant and beautiful ways, your heart fills with love for the Creator. Some names are discussed together (such as Al Qareeb and Al Mujeeb), and some names are discussed individually (Al Rabb). The roots of the Arabic words are explained, followed by their relevance and what Allah’s Names mean for us and how we can connect with Him through them.
May Allah bless the writer and the publisher and Darul Hijrah. I hope you get this book and it inspires Allah’s love in your heart.
A fantastic book for anyone looking to deepen their connection with their Creator.
The book's structure allows the reader to skip to any chapter / name of Allah that the heart inclines to, without feeling lost.
Thoughtfully placed in every chapter are explanations of how to implement these names to strengthen our intimacy with the One who created us, and who we will all return to.
